The TakeAway Medication Recovery System envelope allows commingled collection and disposal of patient dispensed controlled substances (Schedules II-V*) and non-controlled medications.

Medications should be in their original containers when placed into the TakeAway envelopes. Liquids must be placed in a sealed/zip-locked plastic bag before being placed inside the envelope. No more than four ounces of liquids can be included in each mailing.
