The TakeAway Medication Recovery System envelope allows commingled collection and disposal of patient-dispensed controlled substances (Schedules II-V*) and non-controlled medications. This item is designed for retail pharmacies and includes 12 prepaid return envelopes with a counter display.
*Schedule I drugs are not allowed.

No Schedule I or inventory drugs are allowed.
Always comply with DEA 21 CFR Parts 1300, 1301, 1304, 1305, 1307, and 1317, et al. Disposal of Controlled Substances Final Rule.
Medications should be in their original containers when placed into the TakeAway envelopes. Liquids must be placed in a sealed/zip-locked plastic bag before being placed inside the envelope. No more than four ounces of liquids can be included in each mailing.
