The 1.25-Gallon Spill Kit Sharps Recovery System has everything necessary to clean up blood and other potentially infectious materials, including sharps, with prepaid mailback service for treatment. Unlike other spill kits, this kit goes one step further by providing a means to safely, easily, and cost-effectively remove these materials from your location and transport them via the U.S. Postal Service to Sharps Compliance's facility for destruction.</span
This kit has the capacity to contain spills of up to one liter of contaminant. The cleanup kit, transportation, and treatment are all included in the price of the kit.
The Spill Kit Recovery System includes:

The kit is perfect for any facility where there may be the need to clean up and properly dispose of potentially infectious or biohazardous spills. Some examples include retail clinics, dental and medical offices, long-term care facilities, state and federal government, veterinary hospitals, airports, pharmacies, schools and universities, emergency health services, hotels, and urgent care.
Upon discovery of spill, the pail should be taken to the spill site where included directions for cleaning, absorbing, and disinfecting the spill should be followed. The materials, including PPE, are then placed into the pail. The lid is closed and the pail is packaged per included instructions in the prepaid box and shipped for proper treatment through USPS.
